Before the year sweeps us into endless to-dos, let’s pause together for a gentle reset. 💫 This kickoff session is about finding steadiness in transition, reconnecting with what brings us joy, and naming intentions for the year ahead. One small step of grounding now can shift how the whole season feels.

Together we will:

Understand the importance of pausing in times of transition as a foundation for resilience
Explore grounding practices that bring clarity, calm, and lightness to daily life
Leave with heart-centered intentions and simple rituals to anchor you through the school year
